Payment
Payment must be received by Credit Card or Cheque before items will be despatched. We accept Visa, Master Card, Maestro, JCB, and Solo cards. We do not accept American Express cards. C.O.D. is NOT available.
Stock availability
Whilst we carry large stocks of most items occasionally a certain item may be out of stock. If this is the case we will inform you as soon as possible after receiving your order.
Delivery
Orders must be received before 3pm if your order is to be processed and despatched that day otherwise it will be despatched the following day. Our carriers deliver between 9am and 5.30pm. The carriers will require a signature to leave your consignment. If nobody is available to take delivery a card will be left, and you may be charged a re delivery fee. Delivery to UK mainland only (Excluding Highlands and Islands).
Delivery of special items e.g. printed price gun labels, counters or Slatwall will be longer.
V.A.T.
All prices shown are exclusive of V.A.T. which will be added at the checkout. V.A.T. is charged at the prevailing rate, which at this time is 15%.
