Return/refund policy
Where goods are faulty or damaged in transit it must be advised to us, within 3 working days of receipt, the customer may take a refund, credit note or exchange goods to a similar value. The goods must be fully inspected by us (or the supplier) prior to proceeding.
Where a customer simply decides that the goods cannot be used but are perfect in every way the following options will apply providing the goods are returned to us, at the customers expense, within 7 days :-
- A credit note may be issued for the value of the returned items but this wil have no cash surrender value.
- Goods to the value of the credit note or goods to a lesser value plus a credit note for the difference as 1
- The customer may choose to take the value of returned goods less a handling charge of 30%.
Refunds will reflect the manner of payment i.e. Credit Card or cheque.
Delivery policy
Delivery of goods is subject to the goods being available. If the the goods are unavailable we shall advise the the customer upon receipt of their order. We generally use a 2-3 day carrier service, however any delivery dates given are approximate. Delivery to UK mainland only (Excluding Highlands and Islands). Delivery rates quoted are for items NOT marked with special delivery rates eg Slatwall.
